I'm in the return request stage, and the seller has told me they wouldn't return/ refund, which I expected. I'm a little confused, because when I sent messages to the seller, the messages would say that "if you haven't came to a solution but Jun 13, 2017, you can ask eBay to step in". However, when I click on "view request details" it shows that eBay can step in today, Jun 12th. It hasn't given me the button to let eBay step in yet, so am I missing something? What really confuses me is how in the resolution center, the request doesnt even show up (however, it is still open. it even says I can cancel it). Any suggestions?

@floridashimbun The resolution center shows the last date the seller has to respond.
The e-mail shows the first date you can ask eBay to step in.
It doesn't make any sense, but that's how they set it up.
You can escalate on the 13th, the date in the e-mail.

Actually, that button will appear at midnight eBay time tonight -- the moment it is Jun 13, when you can ask eBay to step in.
