My son went onto ebay and bought something as a guest. We do not want it and want to return it. I cannot find out who or how to return t. I have his paperwork but I can't do it from my account that I just opened. Can someone help me please?

Any return request would have to be done from the original buyer's account. Before proceeding you need to review the seller's return policy also as there may be a restocking fee and/or a limited window to do a return if seller indeed accepts returns.

Your son should have received a confirmation email when he made the purchase. You should be able to open a return request through the order confirmation email.

If you find out how to return it, provided the seller has a return policy, make sure YOU pay the shipping..Just because your son didn't like the purchase, the seller shouldn't have to be out of any money.

You need to refer to the original listing first, and see if the seller accepts returns. If he does, then refer to the purchase confirmation your son received when he made the purchase, you’ll need to guest access code in order to request a return. And you have received the item right? You need to start the return process ONLY IF you have received the item.

I would pay it anyways...it is not that he didn't like he ordered three by mistake.
That's still his fault.
Since you now have this account, why not list the extras for sale? Learn some of the things sellers have to face every day.

Tell your son to register an eBay ID.

If he paid with Paypal, check there for the transaction.
