Trying to change return address on shipping label

A buyer wants to return an item. I went in to buy a return label for him and my return address was old. I went into my account and changed it but the label still reads the old address. Now what?? Nothing I've tried works and the ebay asst is no help.

YOU need to make the BUYER change the address if they want it shipped somewhere else.IF YOU the seller change you are not covered by return policy plus changing the address by you is AGAINT ebay policy

You could buy a label on an account with a shipper of choice off ebay and email it to them.....worst case.
