Error after "Purchase a label" !!!

After I press "Buy a label" on the shipping page, the page returns an error, but when I want to repurchase it the page said, "You already bought a label for this order". Ok, I opened the "Shipping Labels" page but didn't find the label related to this order. On the order page, I only can buy another label (USPS), there is no option to reprint the label...What to do? Thank you

Sometimes, if you hit print 3 or 4 times, it thinks that you created multiples of the same label. WHen you do not get the REPRINT button, you have NO choice but to VOID that shipping label.  Do the void and then hit  PRINT another label.   You will be charged again.  On the voided label, it will take up to 3 weeks to get a refund.   The maximum time would be if the label was media or parcel select/post or whatever ebay calls it. First class and priority labels get refunded quicker.

Send the buyer a note and let them know that the 2nd tracking # is the correct one.  You will see 2 tracking number but obviously only one will show the tracking.  Eventually the voided one disappears (probably once you get the refund.)

No VOID option was available, but the problem was solved automatically. EBay refunded me automatically and I printed a new label. Anyway, thank you for your answer 🙂
