Trying to cancel my refund claim as I did it incorrectly.
The seller has contacted me and I would prefer to exchange my items instead of a refund.
Please help in any way as I cannot find the correct process to complete my cancellation. Thanks Joanna.

Tread carefully with exchanges. There are some sellers, particularly overseas, who will agree to an exchange after the buyer first cancels the eBay request. With the request cancelled, nothing further happens. The buyer is strung out and told to wait, and wait, until the time for recourse expires.
The normal process is to use the eBay request to return for refund or exchange. In that method, everything follows a schedule with tracking. The buyer returns the item, and the seller refunds or sends a replacement.

Don't cancel, you won't see your refund or exchange.
Go for the refund, then you can buy again if you want.
