Try to change weight and size before creating a label.

 I charged a flat rate of  $7.75 for grounds advantage shipping. I have always been able after a sale to create a shipping label with size and weight. Now I am not able to do that. When I go to ship my order grounds advantage has $9.47 and I am not able to find the area to put in the weight and size of package, so it will not be $9.47 when I can send it in a package costing $7.75 with the weight and size of the package I have prepared. See the two photos I have uploaded.

Thank you for the info. Wish it was on my app. The @tiger-2, nor the hazmat popup is on my app. Thanks for the reply. I just sent it as is. Hopingnis doesn't happen agaon on the next sale.

You could have updated the app or, if up to date already, uninstalled and re-installed.

You could have gone to the website on your phone's browser instead of using the app.

Even with eBay's excellent online discount, the lowest price for a Priority Mail flat-rate box is $8.10, for the small FRB.

An eBay label for the basic Priority Mail flat-rate envelope will cost $7.60.

Flat Rate Packages are only available for USPS Priority Mail.  There is no such thing as a flat rate package using Ground Advantage.   USPS Flat Rate Packages are the same cost regardless of the weight and location in the US.  

Your listing in the photo in your original post said shipping was by GROUND ADVANTAGE which does not have a flat rate option when you go to purchase your shipping label.

You cannot put a Ground Advantage label on a Priority Flat Rate package @1tiger-2 . If you're shipping USPS Flat Rate you have to void the Ground Adv label you purchased, then buy a new Priority Flat Rate label to match the packaging you're using.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

This started happening to me too a day or two ago. And had nothing to do with flat rate shipping. My packages are always by dimension and weight. But sometimes you don’t know the exact weight until you’ve boxed it up. But for the past couple of days I have not been able to get to the location  to change the weight when I was purchasing shipping. I hope eBay fixes this soon.  I hit the button to give  feedback to eBay about this issue with shipping.  It’s very irritating when they seem to take away capabilities.

Post 17 shows a screen shot of the hazardous warning covering the area where you enter the shipping weight etc.  If you are seeing the same thing, use click the x to close the haz warning.
