Does EBay middle man transactions similar to Paypal

This person says ebay has her rv I send them her money they deliver the rv to me I then have five days decide if I want it then ebay send her the money. How will I know it's ebay contacting me n not a partner of hers in a scam?

VERY COMMON SCAM. 

eBay is a computer program with no way to drive an RV or store an RV. 

Legitimate eBay transactions are discovered on eBay. 
Just as you wouldn’t make a deal at Home Depot then take it to Lowe’s to pay for it, deals aren’t created on any other site and brought to eBay. 

Report the user to the site where you found them. 

Do not buy gift cards. Stop communicating with this thief. 

THERE IS NO RV.  Only images of an RV they stole. 
Google search the image. Those images are likely being used by scammer all over the globe on several different websites.

Thank goodenss you came here.  If you want an RV buy it in person locally from a car dealership or the like.  Not sight unseen.  Test drive it.  Sign a legal document in an office.

In case you've missed the message here, you do not shop elsewhere and expect the transaction to be handled by eBay.  Anyone who tells you that is a scammer.
