I have a buyer who has apparently provided an undeliverable address according to the USPS, with the message "Moved, Left no Address". The buyer has not responded to any of my contact attempts via eBay message and the package is currently sitting at their local post office waiting for a delivery reschedule. At this point, is there anything I should be doing as a seller, or should I allow their package to wait in limbo until they act on it? Thanks!

If the package is ultimately returned to you, put it on a shelf and forget about it until you hear from the buyer.

I usually wait for the package to come back, then I send the buyer a partial refund after subtracting shipping and eBay fees. Sometimes a buyer will ask you to reship. You can invoice them through PayPal (just ask for their e-mail) for the extra shipping, or if you already did the partial refund then relist the item and tell them to repurchase.

Just let it sit it will get returned to you if they don't pick it up. I have had several packages returned to me in the last couple of years and actually never heard form the customer again. You have already contacted the buyer so there really is nothing else to do. When you get it back send them another message to contact you. They could be in the process of moving and might take a bit to get the messages.

In these situations it's always best to let sleeping dogs lay.

If it's Priority the PO waits 2 weeks then it gets shipped back to sender.

@rcgfg6c51 All of the advice you've received is very good so hopefully you will feel better about how to proceed. Best of luck to you....
