I printed off a label for an International buyer. The tracking number it gave me is not showing any tracking since the item was picked up. I called my post office and was told that they cannot track without a USPS tracking number. The number I have is from Ebay and is: eBay Delivery Services tracking #ESUS75370404. What do I do? The USPS picked it up on 01/12 and now there is nothing and they cannot help me track it.

If you go into your shipping labels list and find the label, you should be able to click on the ESUS number there and see what progress there is.

I find that the ESUS number often doesn't become trackable until it's processed by the consolidation center. Until then, you have to use the USPS tracking number that was on the label.

I have made a habit of saving a PDF of each international label as I have run into the same situation.
