The tracking history on eBay shows that my package has been at ERLANGER for one week.

What should I do to find out the next step of shipping?

I really need to receive it in time...

Unfortunately there is no more info even on the Pitney Bowes site:

There have been posts from others that orders sit at Erlanger for a week or so before being shipped. At this point, you can only wait and hope.

Hi,

You can file a customer service request with USPS.com. On their home page, top bar, click "Help" then "finding missing mail."

I would go directly to filing a missing mail search request. You do not have to have filed a help request first.

@mycheaperstuff, @hitron12 said that the item had already been delivered to the GSP depot in Erlanger, KY, so the package was not lost by USPS, it has been delivered already. A missing mail search won't help in this case because the tracking number has been scanned as delivered.

As others have said, there is nothing that you can do but wait. The GSP and many other methods of shipping are taking longer than usual right now.
