Not in that exact form, but that's mainly a summary from different sources of the status of your order. The seller has marked it as Shipped, but eBay has nuked the account, so there's some possibility that you are not going to receive what you think you ordered (or anything at all). I think you should be able to get refunded from PayPal, but others here will have to give you better details; I'm not sure how this would work. If the tracking number works and something is actually on the way to you, then see what arrives. (What did you order?)
