Tracking uploaded on time and validated has me PUZZLED

I am not happy with my 90% rating on "Tracking Uploaded on Time and Validated". I just don't understand why this is happening.  I go to the Scanner at the USPS and SCAN MY PACKAGES.  I receive a RECEIPT from the Scanner Postal Machine giving me date, time, and my Tracking Numbers for my customers.  I Do One Day Shipping and am always on time.  This has really caused me heartache, because I know that I am doing everything in my power to bring my Rating Up.  Can anybody help out there? Kat

Are you possibly scanning your packages after the daily eBay deadline of 11:00 AM Pacific time?

Where I live (Minnesota), I need to make sure all my scans are made before 1:00 PM Central Time (11:00 AM Pacific Time).  If the scans are made after that time, eBay considers them to be late.

Nothing replaces the acceptance scan you get when you wait in line and get a reciept at the window. I know it is not possible all the time but I have tried the self service kiosk (I'm assuming that's what you're referring to when you say "scanner") before and they never showed the acceptance scan until days later. Usually 3 days later. YMMV.

I personally have the USPS person scan and ask for receipt. Kiosk doesn’t provide weight.

In case of a dispute/or claim weight can provide proof of the item was shipped not empty. Better safe than sorry.

Re: Tracking uploaded on time and validated has me PUZZLED

The requirement for "tracking uploaded in time and validated" is based on the time that you  uploaded the tracking number.  The time of validation scan doesn't matter, it's just to prove that you actually shipped the item.

eBay's Help page on seller performance says this: Tracking uploaded on time and validated (applies to eBay Top Rated Sellers only)
Transactions where you upload tracking details within your stated handling time, and the carrier scanned the shipping label either before or after your handling time, are on time and validated.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/seller-levels-performance-standards/seller-levels-performance-stan...

So if you are getting a scan, any scan, then the problem is with the timing of your label purchase not with the timing of your shipping. Are there any items that you ship without tracking? Have you had local pickups? Do you meet the timing criteria based on Pacific time, even though you're on the east coast? If you get a payment at 2:59 AM Eastern time on Tuesday, that's still a Monday sale as far as eBay is concerned, so if you have 1-day handling you need to get that label printed on Tuesday.

If you're referring to Tracking uploaded on time and validated rating @chphone692012 then you can't. You should have processed the refunds as an order cancellation. Using "send refund" does not cancel the order so eBay still includes it in those shipping ratings.
