Lately I've been noticing orders within my awaiting shipments page that I know 100% that I already shipped out. Those orders actually say "Shipped July xx" but there's no tracking shown in that awaiting shipments page. You can see how dangerous that is since it's still in the awaiting shipments page and didn't remove itself from there.
I use stamps.com and pirateship and I believe both methods have experienced this glitch in the last few weeks. Some are even multiple item orders, some items in there would have a tracking and some won't. The ones that don't have the tracking would still have that +Add tracking link next to it. But when I click onto it to just manually add the tracking, sometimes the input field area would be blank and sometimes the tracking is actually already filled in along with the carrier. If it is already filled in and I click on Save and Continue, it still doesn't populate the tracking number in the awaiting shipments page.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'd hate to accidentally ship something out twice because of this.
