Tracking shows delivered but...

Tracking from eBay FedEx shows delivered. Buyer says it didn’t actually arrive, yet they see it says delivered... so they started a return for item not as described. What am I supposed to do with this? 

FedEx says it’s signed for but I can’t see more details because I don’t have the account number since I used eBay to purchase the fedex label.

The problem here is what will they return.  Worse yet, ebay often sides with buyer.

I would click the help and contact link at bottom of page. Try to speak with a supervisor and let them know what is going on.  You have to accept the return or ebay will just refund.

If it wasn’t delivered, how are they going to return? It I think eBay will consider it delivered. Buyer needs to contact fedex and see where it was delivered.

Since it shows as delivered, well you may or may not get it back.

If they return some thing else file theft on them through law enforcement, and report the fraud through your shipping company.

Let them know you will do this.
