Some of tracking numbers doesn't show real status of the deliver. Is there any solution for this situation?
Some customers have asked for refund for the order due to this issue.

How do you know that they are not showing the true status of the delivery? Perhaps the items haven't been delivered?
Make sure that you are using a shipping method that has international tracking.

Generally speaking:
If tracking doesn't confirm delivery and it's past the estimated delivery date and the buyer files a formal item not received request, you will be refunding them.
