Dear,
I purchase an item, pay it, receive an email that the item is shipped, and after 5 days when I logged in my purchased history, on that item is listing not found. I have the shipping number (RG923781256CN, carrier EMS) but I can not find shipping information for my item. There stay that This user is no longer registered on eBay. and after that This item has been shipped. I am little woried because I really want this item. Transaction was made on October 31st, an I recieve information that the item is shipped on November 02nd. I'm attaching you pictures with information I have. Please help and advise.

I think that I’ve read that you can open an item not received case before the estimated delivery date if the seller is no listing no longer registered but I don’t know if that’s true if the item shows as shipped. I do know that a down jacket does cost much more than $11 so I doubt that you will receive what you ordered. If a price sounds too good to be true then it probably is not true.
If you can’t open a case through eBay and you paid through PayPal you can try opening an item not received case in PayPal.

It looks like it is a China Post tracking number and you can try tracking it there. Some tracking numbers will not be able to track until it reaches the USA
