So, I bought a ring about one month ago from Japan and it was supposed to be delivered this past 15th of June, but nor me nor the buyer are able to track it as in the Japanese Post system it says that there is no information about my package, even tough the seller provided me with a tracking number. So right now we don´t know where it could be or if it got lost somewhere, I've read comments of some people that had the same issue (not with the same seller) and that it was a matter of time to see what the outcome was, but I would like to hear you guys, have you faced this problem before? what did you do?

What you should do is go to the item in the purchase history click “I didn’t Receive it” follow the prompts. The seller has 2-3 days to either send you tracking showing delivery or whether or not it’s in transit, or issue you a full refund. If the seller doesn’t do anything you can go back to the case and click the link that says “Ask eBay to step in” for your refund. Good luck.

If there no recent information open an item not received case through your purchase history. You must do that within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What does the tracking number start with? That will tell you what class of mail was used.
"EN" is EMS, which should arrive within a week. "CN" is sea mail, which can take 2-3 months to arrive.
