Why is the post office website not letting me file a claim.
I even have the premiere tracking and this package was tracked from start to finish and I go and try
to file a claim but It will not say the tracking number is valid.
I hope this gets cleaned with a new Presidential administration.

What is "premier tracking"???? If that's the correct name, it isn't part of the American USPS system so a new US administration won't help. If it's a tracking number from outside of the USA I'm not sure how that works. Or if it does. If it's one of those lame Fedex/USPS hashups, good luck. If you're talking about a plain old delivery confirmation number, please make sure you're typing it in correctly, or copy and paste. One persistent typo will derail the system. One missing number renders it invalid.
