Hi everyone. Tracking number was provided but not the shipping company. When I asked the seller they said Yodel but when I tried tracking and contacted the company I was told that tracking number isn' from them and isn't in their system. What should I do? Just wait to see if it was really sent? Is this normal?

No it isn't normal. Write your seller again. Be polite. Let them know you contacted the company they said the tracking number belonged to but they said it wasn't one of theirs and to please assist you so that you can check the tracking.

Thank you. I contacted them and they said that it was lost and will be refunded.
