So....if I go in and manually enter the tracking that (for some reason) hasn't transferred from ebay shipping to PP, PP sends an email to the buyer. Isn't that a little confusing for the buyer?
What if I don't update the tracking and later there's a chargeback/INR dispute - do I automatically lose that because PP will claim there's no tracking entered?
What's the consensus here? Is it 'safe' to leave the tracking not updated or is it best to go in and manually add it?
