In regards to this issue., I have 4 and counting., read the notice, but saw nothing about those items that were shipped already and shown delivered. I went over this pretty well when the questions started rolling in., the 1st one was the guy who ordered an item on the 20th and it said it was already delivered on the 16th! to NJ, IT SEEMS NJ is where the ones I have, went to, at least the track info., personally I think they will be delivered as the initial label was addressed, we will see. Since it was some holiday/weekend it did not even go out until the 24th, he will let me know if it gets delivered. For those who do not/ or claim it never made it who will be responsible for reimbursing the loss...ebay and or USPS? I am also hesitant to send anything else out until it is figured out, as it will add to confusing and no answers to give to the questions to the buyers....also I have a feeling it may have something to do with the holiday on Thursday, as processing orders then the shipping was acting odd at times and the drop down box with ship dates to choose only gave the 20th option, no Friday or Sat option dates? at least on my hub...what a mess.

The update from eBay says:
"We've identified a small number of USPS tracking numbers for eBay-purchased labels that show tracking activity—such as a 'Delivered' status—before the label was actually created. If you have an unshipped order affected by this issue, please purchase and use a new shipping label to fulfill the order. Since the original labels cannot be voided, we will refund their cost.
For any affected orders that have already shipped, we are working with USPS to ensure delivery is not disrupted. We will also protect your seller performance metrics, including tracking uploads, late shipments, defects, and negative feedback related to these transactions."
The bold part applies to your orders that show delivery. This problem with USPS labels happened on both eBay and Etsy. eBay is working with USPS to make sure those packages are delivered to buyers, and eBay is protecting sellers affected by this.
