Trust this is what you need. It's quite simple. There was a typhoon (as shown on the website below) and Speedpak did not open for business. We used HK Post instead because they were open on 2 Nov. It is not our fault Speedpak refused to do business during the typhoon. If we had waited for Speedpak to reopen, we would have been penalised by eBay because we would not meet our 1-day handling time. THIS IS UNFAIR! LIFT THE RESTRICTIONS NOW! THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS.
