Third party / Warehouse Shipping

I'm currently trying to buy a motorcycle off of eBay. I originally found the motorcycle on Craigslist and emailed them that I was interested in the bike. They replied saying that they live in another state and the motorcycle is in the eBay warehouse. They also stated that I'll get free shipping and I get 5 days to ride it before they get the money. I'm not sure if this is a scam or if this is legit. Could someone help?

SCAM SCAM SCAM

eBay does NOT have a warehouse.  eBay does NOT act as an escrow agent.  eBay does NOT give a 5 day test-drive period.  There is NO motorcycle.

Unless the motorcycle is listed on eBay itself, then eBay has nothing to do with it.

Glad you came here first to check.

Yes, it's a well known scam.

There is no motorcycle or Ebay warehouse.

Have a great day.

Re: Third party / Warehouse Shipping

1. CL and eBay are competitors and do not work together.

2. Ebay does not have warehouses

3. There is no "test period" for vehicles on CL or eBay

THIS IS A SCAM!!!
