Just because customers change their minds, don't want the product anymore, it's not correct.
I welcome the return But customers have to pay for the delivery themselves, this is the right thing.
Customers claim that they used the same product and irritated
But not from my product because she hasn't used it yet, she told me

If you dont respond by March 6, Ebay will close the case, refund her fully, and she will keep the lipsticks, and you will receive a serious defect on your account for not resolving the matter with the buyer.

eBay REQUIRES that you accept a return, pay for the return shipping, and refund the buyer's full payment when a return is created for Item Not As Described.
The buyer doesn't have to tell the truth, and they often lie about the condition so that they don't have to pay return shipping. IT DOES NOT MATTER if they are lying, you HAVE TO do this, or you can refund and let them keep the items.
