Thermal Label Printing

Hello,

I’d like to start using the Dymo thermal label printers for shipping labels, but I don’t know which size to get or which label.

I’ve tried googling it, but everyone recommends different printers and while the 99019 label seems to be agreed upon, I couldn’t find it anywhere on Dymo’s website and I’m not certain they even sell it anymore. One site was talking about using 4x6 labels and another said to use labels that were 7x2.

I just want to print standard, single USPS labels from eBay. I have no need for extra large ones or printing two at a time. Which printer and label should I use?

Thanks!

Re: Thermal Label Printing

I had a hard time trying to decide too, I ended up getting a Rollo that I love. You'll need 4x6 thermal labels - I buy fan-fold 4x6 labels, usually in quantities of 2,000 off AMZ for about $35.

Re: Thermal Label Printing

For USPS only labels, the small Dymo 450 printer using the 99019 (2.4"x 7.5") work just fine.  Just select this label size on ebay, set your browser to open PDF with Adobe, and you will be good to go.
