The seller tricked me

Hello.

I have problem with seller

I buy from this seller an article with value of 6.55$ but I didnt recieve the item. No tracking No. for low value shipments.

As a ebay suggest, i contact the seller, he say probably the item is lost, so he will send another.

After two mounts, after everything expire, any protection.. the seller start to lie to me that I will recieve the item. I order on 20.12.2017, and still nothing.

What can I do, to return my money from this thief after 5 monts.

you can still file an item not received case at Paypal, you have six months there..never let a seller string you along like this, you only have thirty days to file at Ebay.
