The return shipping label doesn't print

I have tried 4 times now to print the return shipping label, trying something different each time. I now have 4 packing slips but still no return label. What is wrong with this software?

How do i get around this glitch?

Try opening the label using a PDF reader rather than using your browser's default settings.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now try opening and printing your return shipping label.

When the return label print window opens, do not use the PRINT button at the bottom of the page. Instead click on the ">>" at the upper right of the window and either use the Print or Save option there.

Also best to make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

All of the above is good.

But IF you can see the label you can always screen shot it, open the screen shot (screen capture) and crop the picture and then print the new picture file.
