printer won't print return form (Windows 7)

I'm trying to print a return label.  The printer prints out the packing slip but will not print the actual label.  I have a pile of blank paper.

If you are trying to print a .pdf file from a browser, try opening that file using a PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader instead, and printing from there.

Most browsers will allow you to change the way that PDF files are treated to make Acrobat or other PDF reader the default, rather than trying to open the file in a browser tab using an extension (which can be problematic).
