The "Void label" button isn't working, on a label i purchased but didn't use. Anyone else?

It keeps saying "Technical issues-try again later ".  2 days now.

I had the same situation recently. I chatted with ebay and they were able to void the unused usps label and credit my paypal account

Did you try signing out and signing in again?  How about trying a different device. Otherwise, you will need to contact Ebay because you only have a few days to void a USPS label. If it's UPS, you do NOT need to void. UPS will charge you only for labels that you use.  Perhaps that is the reason you can't void that UPS label.

To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 24 hours, the void option is available for 5 days.

eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable once printed and cannot be voided.

eBay International Standard Delivery labels, UPS labels and FedEx labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

All that said @kenwhiteman, if your label is eligible for voiding and you're running into that error message, try using a different browser or a private window on your current browser to see if that makes a difference. If that works then on your current browser you may need to clear out your eBay cookies/cache.
