The seller indicated that the code works only for Razer Cyprus, but delivery is available for all European countries. My friend lives in England, so I decided to send it to him. The code worked, but after 24 hours the order was canceled. I wrote in support, where they replied that their system did this for security reasons and that the code is no longer valid. I wrote this to the seller, but he says that I will solve this problem directly with Razer. I gave him my email address and her password so that he could solve it. So only he knows the origin of this promo code. As a result, he still did nothing and asks me to solve it myself.
In the description of this promotional code, it was written: that if there are problems with the code, the seller promises to replace it. Which he also refused to do. Where do I complain? to solve it. thank
