Should I cancel the label, and print another one on Monday when the post office is open? I have already notified the buyer that it would not go out until Monday, but don't know what to do with the label already printed out.

There is no need to cancel and buy another on Monday. If it will fit in the drop chute in the PO lobby then just drop it there today. (If your post office is like ours they have an evening collection from their drop box even though the lobby closes at 1:00 on Saturdays.)
Even if it's too big to fit in a drop chute and has to go over the counter on Monday they are not going to give you a hard time about the printing date. Their own scanning will show when the package was accepted.

You can still use the label on Monday (just put item in "drop box"). Don't bring item up to counter because clerk may "reject it".
Only problem is because you printed label on Saturday (EBAY will show customer that package should arrive sooner).
If you want to cancel label...go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABEL (cancel label).

It looks like you are trying to ship some pens? Since they are small and should be able to go thru the slot of a blue mailbox. I would find one with a later Saturday pickup via google in your area and put it in there. There should be some that have pick ups all the way until 5:00pm.

Business Days = M-F; Week-ends and Holidays don't count.
Take it to the PO on Monday and use the label you have already printed. Sending it the next business day after making a label is acceptable. It won't be rejected. No need to cancel. You don't get a refund for several weeks when you cancel.

Use the label.
Drop it in the drop box. Don't take it to the counter.
Go watch shameless. If you've seen it all, start over. Have a beer and relax.

I have taken labels printed a week earlier (because the buyer wanted delayed shipment) and never a problem at the post office. Label shows usps was paid. That's all they care about. If you run into a clerk who rejects your package, first apologize for the collision 😁 then ask to see the PM or manager, who will very likely accept the package.

I fail to understand the issue and I see misinformation in this thread. This strikes me as a solution in search of the problem.
1) Estimated shipping time frames and delivery dates are based on working days, Monday-Friday. Printing a label on Saturday vs. Monday makes no difference in the estimate.
2) The package will arrive at the same time no matter which label is used. And that's what the buyer cares about. If anything, printing the label on Saturday at least acknowledges the order.
3) The PO will accept on Monday a label printed on Saturday, or Sunday for that matter. I've done this many times.
4) Whether a package does arrive on time is out of the sellers hands, obviously, if the package is dropped off according to your established shipping time which, again, is in business days. eBay is not going to dock you in any way if the package is late due to the delivery service failing to execute.
5) The buyer only cares about getting their package on time which has nothing to do with a Saturday vs. Monday label. If package is late because of a delivery service delay the buyer is free to post an unfavorable review, however unfair that might be. It seems a high percentage of buyers are reasonable--I've never gotten a neutral or negative because of a delivery service delay.
As one person suggested, if you know of a PO blue box with a Saturday pick-up time and you don't think you need a receipt with the PO's weigh-in, then do that to speed things along, but it has nothing to do with estimated delivery dates.
