Hello

The seller sent the parcel.but i didnt receive it

I opened the  Case : Seller contacted Customer Service

But the customer service closed it.

But i didnt receive the parcel.

Why?

That address is a forwarding center. Is the seller using the Global Shipping Program? If so the pkg is probably on the way to you in the Russian Federation.

I cant receive any information from ebay customer service

The case is closed as the tracking shows it was delivered. You need to contact the delivery provider for more information.

But i didnt receive any information.

The provider lost parcel, i didnt receive the parcel.

The seller receive money.

The seller received the money and they sent the parcel to the address you provided. 

The parcel was delivered to that address. Once that parcel is delivered to your shipping forwarder it is their responsibility to send it to you. They are the ones that should refund you if they did not send it to you.

Neither the seller or eBay can be held responsible for a parcel that was delivered to the address that you gave them.

No signature confirmation is required under $750. And apparently, eBay is satisfied with the delivery of the possibly-not-your-item-in-an-Amazon-package to your freight forwarder, as they closed your case. You might also note that you cannot start a return request as you don't have coverage.

  • The item was sent to another address after the original delivery, or buyer uses a freight forwarder

If the item was delivered to the forwarding company that you chose, you issue is not with the seller or eBay but with that company.

 

After reviewing your feedback left of others, it would appear that you might want to take a bit more care in vetting the sellers that you purchase from.
