The label print screen does not open.

Since yesterday, the label print screen does not open.

The screen to press the print button with a preview of the label does not open.

This is not a PC or printer problem.

I've tried both on Mac and Windows.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

I am having the same issue. I also would prefer the old way and am eager for a solution. On slow sporadic days it isn't a big deal, however on busy days it is a huge needless waste of time.

Same issue since 6/19 very annoying i have to download the labels and print from there !!

I hit the open label button which opens a new tab then hit the print icon. 

It's not a massive problem, just one more thing that takes a little longer than it ought to.

Absolutely...Same thing happening to me. Not a huge problem but a couple of extra clicks now. We all know ebay loves those clicks...

Seems ebay can't keep things working properly if their life depended on it.

Make sure to voice this concern - at the bottom of the label page is a 5 star rating system for how satisfied you were.  Vote with every label until they get the message.

Luckily, today at the eBay Seller Check-in, Nate (eBay employee) acknowledged the label printing issue.

Apparently it's not "ONLY YOU" LOL 🙂 

He said they are working hard to get it fixed, hopefully we will have the labels pop-up and 1-click printing again soon.
