Dear Ebay,
I have ordered the item on May05,2020 and it should've arrive in May 15,2020, but it still hasn't arrive.
I have contacted with Ebay on May 17,2020 ask for help also called Ebay on 5/29/20. He said will reopen this case ,I have to wait from 48 to 72 hours to get a answer. But I am waited until 6/08/20 and talk and she said the same, need to wait from 48 to 72 hours. And today is 06/17/20 my case is still not result yet.
Can you please help refund my money.

You need to click the help and contact link at bottom of page and explain it to a rep.

I would file an insurance claim with USPS if that is how the item was shipped. I sold an item; shipped 5/27/2020; once it got to the USPS distribution center in northern Texas, the tracking stopped. That was 6/5/2020. I sent the buyer another item and filed an insurance claim; USPS paid the claim.

You had 30 days past the estimated delivery date of 05/15/20 to open an item not received case.
That deadline has expired.
If you paid with Paypal, you need to open an item not received case there, then return to it in 7 days and ask Paypal to step in.
How about acquainting yourself with the Money Back Guarantee for buyers so that you don't have to go through this again?

Please do as suggested above and open a case with Paypal.
