Why are we unable to choose first class shipping as our choice it isn't even showing up. I see a few other people are experiencing this issue as well.

Maybe the item's weight doesn't qualify for FC Package Service? Needs to be 15.999 ounces or less.

You have never been able to buy regular First Class postage on eBay. FC Package Service yes, stamps or regular FC postage no.

Are you mixing up eBay's shipping options with USPS Click & Ship?

Those are the only things I can guess at this point with the offered info.

There is a glitch on the phone app where you can't get to USPS.

I had to go to my laptop to configure a shipping label with no problem.

Also, if you have a return or two pending, eBay may have frozen the funds for them.....thus no funds for a shipping label. You will have to switch funding to your bank account to print a label. You can see if this is the case by scrolling to the bottom of the label making page, there will be a red flag explaining the situation.

I have aslo been reading the same things as you..I never have a problem paying for MP labels,it just goes into negative and I have no problems as money is usually being processed

I have never used my phone for ebay but the boards are lit up with shiping 1st class on phones.I think it takes a dedicated seller to use a phone with shipping.

MP has been in my bank 4 times when I made a refund,they said they would do it while I was making the refund.

MP has been smooth for me

I thought I would check if I could print 1st class on app and I had no issue. Even a package that is priority I changed to 1 lb and then selected 1st class. That one I didnt actually hit pay and print on.

So it's not on all sellers whatever the issue is. Generally it gets fixed fairly quickly.

When listing. I don't print my own shipping labels as I don't have a printer; I used to many years back. I have never experienced this problem before. I only do up to 13 oz as First Class so I know that the weight is not the issue.

I am not trying to print a shipping label as I don't have a printer. I am just trying to do my listing like I have always done. I am getting extremely frustrated 😞

Ok I see issue now. It's in making a listing, not printing.

I'm listing on app with 1st class.

It's working on if I use... Sell one like this option from another listing. So go find what your selling. It in no way has to be exact as you are going to input all your info. Be sure to change ALL so its correct. Especially under item specs.

TITLE. PRICE. SPECIFICS.

You always need to add your own pictures and shipping. Some info should populate from you automatically like payment, handling time, your location.

Now if that listing had 1st class it will be there for you to use also.

Easy Work around for now. Let me know right away if it works for you so we can let others know.

I'm going to test some other options.

Update...

If you use... Sell one like this as I stated do you can list and use 1st class..

That listing MUST also offer 1st class. If its priority and you try to change it, you can Not. 1st class will not appear as option.

IT MUST HAVE 1ST CLASS TO BEGIN WITH.

I've listed on app right now this way.

I am having the problem too. I’ve tried creating from scratch and sell similar for a 12 oz item. Nothing works.

Do NOT use your own listing. It has to be SELL ONE LIKE THIS from another seller.

Also having same issue with phone ap and using Sell Similar doesn't help. When you click Sell Similar on an item with 1st class shipping, that option is there to begin with, but as soon as you change to title to describe your item the 1st class shipping option disappears.

I noticed another issue - No matter what weight you enter 4 oz or 10 lbs, the Priority shipping cost range remains the same. I think the link between the ebay phone ap software & the USPS rate calculator isn't wotking.
