Whats left is sent to your checking account along with the funds for the item.

There is a setting in your Shipping Preferences that allows you to pass on the eBay discounted shipping savings to the buyer. 

Or you can keep it set as you have it and make some money on shipping.

 

Personally, I pass the savings on to the buyer for listings I have that show buyer pays shipping. The lower shipping cost may entice buyers to buy.

Looking at what you have sold I expect the buyer paid $45 for eBay International Shipping while you paid $27 to get the item to the shipping hub.
