The item shows delivered on my purchase history but there's no actual tracking number provided for the courier. I contacted customer service and they told me it wasn't actually delivered to me but to the hub and went on to explain it happens sometimes for international orders. I explained the Shipping and Receiving addresses are both continental United States and it's not an international order.
They wanted to open an item not received case but I told them not to because it's unfair to the seller, especially since they can't provide accurate shipping details.
What the heck, Ebay? This is just a terrible practice and customer experience.
