Temporary Returns Policy Changes

By increasing the number of business days that buyers are required to ship a return back to 21 business days adds many non-business days and is much too long. It's more like a month before the return needs to be sent.

Re: Temporary Returns Policy Changes

I had the fishiest return today with  wireless headset now this guy has a month to find a way to screw me out of my money by finding an actually broke headset. It's stupid. We get no extra time to ship without these people harassing us but they get a whole month to return an item.

Re: Temporary Returns Policy Changes

You should read my post.  Ebay at the moment is allowing fradulent returns. There is no way to contact ebay for real help right now.  They refuse to allow contact to a supervisor and if you email questions, you get canned answers that actually dont answer your question.  I am dealing with a situation where the buyer did not return the item completely and ebay says that they will pull the entire amount of the refund without asking me if the buyer asks ebay to do so unless the buyer agrees to a reduced refund (which  they refuse to do.)  So if you receive a different item than you sent, you have no recourse.

Re: Temporary Returns Policy Changes

Reading another post, I discovered a hidden page (for me) that allows contacting a real person:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/listings?id=4072&query=1464&st=GENERAL_SEARCH

Look at the very bottom and you can chat or talk to someone.

I just did talk to someone and they were very helpful. So maybe its not as bad as it seems.  I suspect that this page is only accessible for top rated sellers only.  But that didnt stop them from trying to help me..
