THREE USPS "processing exceptions" ?

Hello all.

I sent out a package nearly a month ago.

It contained a small pipe fitting.

For some reason, USPS seem to have issues processing it.

The tracking information is long (screenshot attached!)

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently and know what the issue might be?

I intend to simply refund the buyer and submit a claim, or would you recommend a different course of action?

Many thanks!

Since it looks like the Florida facility tried to return it back to you, then I'm guessing there is something wrong with the address or the label has been damaged and it needs some manual intervention.

Re: THREE USPS "processing exceptions" ?

Turns out the buyer included his locker number within the address. This has confused the USPS automated system! Apparently, eventually the item will either be returned or manually sorted then delivered. Thank you!
