Suspicious shipping address - Can I cancel transaction?

I dont sell often on eBay. I just posted 4 items for sale. All 4 sold and paid. 3 have "normal" looking addresses and everything looks normal.

The 4th item was bought by someone from Brazil who contacted me rushing me to ship asap (red flag)

In my listing I clearly say I will not ship outside of the USA. This person gave my a suspicious address: 

8221 NW 30th Ter
# CE1714
Doral FL 33122-1913

Which is some kind of shipping hub called ParaguayBox ( Red Flag)

Can I cancel this sale? Does it cost me money to cancel ?

I feel VERY uncomfortable with this sale.

Thats probably a freight forwarder, if you are that uncomfortable with the transaction, you can cancel using problem with buyer address,doesnt cost you anything and you wont receive a defect. Then make sure you block this buyer.

Many members who are outside the US use forwarding services, and most forwarded transactions go smoothly.

If this is for one of those very expensive camera lenses, you are probably better off canceling..I wouldnt ship that internationally.

If you did ship to that address, which is a freight forwarder, you would NOT be shipping outside the USA, you'd be shipping to Doral, FL.

Idk, a newbie seller shipping a $900 camera lens internationally, I wouldnt do it..but up to the op of couse,and the buyer wanting it shipped asap..sounds suspicious to me too...probably a snad complaint in the making.

There isn't anything wrong with the address.

If they want to cancel, they should choose out of stock.

And receive a defect because,as a new seller, he doesnt want to rush ship a $900 lens to Brazil? Because even tho its a ff, the lens will still go to Brazil... I disagree.

Agreed block the buyer and, to make your life easier and less prone headaches and to scams from international scam artists, go into your seller account and in shipping preferences https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf click "Exclude shipping locations". Exclude everything but the 50 US states.  Also exclude PO Boxes.    

New sellers should be cautious about overseas sales.

Those blocks won't block a buyer who uses a freight fowarder that's based in the 50 states.

There's no reason to exclude PO Boxes if you ship via USPS: They are more secure than shipping to a regular street address where your package might be left on the front porch to be stolen or rained-on.

They are not shipping to Brazil, they are shipping to a perfectly good address in the US.

Yes big red flag when asked to ship it ASAP to a reshipper.   I see only scammers asking this to avoid detection. I would cancel as it is going overseas and you do not ship outside the USA.

As another poster suggested that will not block someone who is using a US address.  Why are you suggesting that PO boxes be blocked?  It is safer to have a parcel locked up in a post office box than for it to left on the door step.

Personally I would ship nothing that is going to Brazil. Dollar, or a dime.

Seems I have read that there are restrictions on "used" item being shipped to Brazil.

I realize the seller is shipping to FL, but I would not want to deal with the issues that can still arise from the sale.
