Support unresponsive, likely due to covid, Sent a rock, out 75 bucks.

Buyer first opens a case claiming item did not arrive, item did arrive and ebay sides with me, then buyer opens a return case and wins, they return a rock instead of the item, i cannot contact support an i am worried that support will be unable to help due to the amount of time that has passed, is there some form of legal action i can take?

you can file a police report,get a copy of it and send it to ebay for an appeal,1st you will need to call ebay,then get the email for sending reports,you have nothing to lose

You can also file internet fraud reports, and you can make a small claims suit in the buyer's court. Odds are against your getting your money back.
