Buyer first opens a case claiming item did not arrive, item did arrive and ebay sides with me, then buyer opens a return case and wins, they return a rock instead of the item, i cannot contact support an i am worried that support will be unable to help due to the amount of time that has passed, is there some form of legal action i can take?

you can file a police report,get a copy of it and send it to ebay for an appeal,1st you will need to call ebay,then get the email for sending reports,you have nothing to lose
