Stuck in GLENDALE HEIGHTS partly

Thank you for your time in reading this.

Hello and good morning,

Im a buyer from Europe(Gr) and

-had my order delivered from seller in Omaha on June 9th (2 packages 2 trackings)

-arrived to Glendale Heights on June 12th

-received 1 tracking from ebay

A notification from dhl on June 30

and finaly 1 package on July 3

My speculation is that the 2nd is stuck to G.H

I am worried because the ebay system says item delivered . Will they be able to send me the rest of the order? Will they find my name in the system? Thanks

Re: Stuck in GLENDALE HEIGHTS partly

The seller violated the eBay International Shipping terms by shipping in 2 separate packages. It's very possible the second package was liquidated and you'll never see it.

eBay requires a single package per order for this program.

Chances are you'll end up having to file a return request with the reason doesn't match description / missing parts or pieces and returning the one package you did receive in order to get a refund for everything purchased.

Re: Stuck in GLENDALE HEIGHTS partly

I had a, somewhat, similar experience

when there was a delay

in my customer deciding whether or not to purchase a second item

unfortunate the seller couldn't just send one package.

Regardless whether there were one or two packages

I would have to say

that, if the missing package wasn't accounted for by the one tracking number you received

it might be worthwhile to try the EIS phone number that I have seen in other posts.

I believe EIS creates an "Event ID" for your purchases...? I notice them on my international shipping labels.

Re: Stuck in GLENDALE HEIGHTS partly

No prob - come back if you have more questions. And sorry to hear this wasn't a smooth process for an eBay International Shipping transaction! Most are processed without issue.

I should probably clarify:

My earlier advice assumes you placed 1 single order as that's what it sounded like from your original post.

If these were 2 separate orders with 2 separate order numbers then the process is different - you'd file an item not received claim on the 1 order that didn't arrive.

But if this was multiple items in 1 single order and you only received part of that order, you'll have to go through the returns process as outlined earlier.

Re: Stuck in GLENDALE HEIGHTS partly

Yes he shipped 2 items in 1 order.

And they arrived at the Eis station ,according to the trackings at 11.07 and 12.10 in the morning.

They should have been shipped together...
