Everything is set up correctly on my account. Four calls to customer service so far.
Buyers are being grossly over charged on shipping.
Out of 80 items sold yesterday 16 were over charged.
An example would be 12 oz package shipping 1st class. The buyer was charged $15.25 for shipping.

Would you be able to give a couple of examples of which listings were charged incorrectly. I don't see any shipping charges that high on your listings so it must have been multiples of an item?

$15.25 is the cost of shipping 4 12 oz. items. The shipping simply wasn't combined.

It is just not combing. Example would be 2 each items = $6.10 shipping the next buyer could buy the same items and pay the correct amount $3.05

Yes I know what it is doing, It's not combining. It will for one buyer and not the next. I have contacted Ebay five time to get this corrected but so far nothing has been done.

Did you set up combined shipping? It’s likely an error on your end that you have to fix.

No I have been on the phone as well as messaging with Ebay it is on their end. I sell a lot here and I have been doing this for some time. Ebay told me it was on tyheir end. It strikes at random. I can have several sales no problems and then several the shipping will not combine. It is costing me a lot of lost sales and time.
