Bought an item the other day. Arrived defective. Started a return. Seller was cool with it. eBay generated the return label, which I downloaded and printed. Boxed up the item, put the receipt portion of the return label inside, stuck the label on and shipped it. Went back into eBay and clicked "return details" but I'm unable to click the button that says "item shipped" on the status bar of this return. As far as eBay is concerned this item isn't shipped yet. I contacted the seller to let him know I'd shipped the item back to them and that I was having a hard time getting the status to change to "shipped." Anyone know how I can make the status of this return reflect that the item has actually been shipped
