So I ordered 4 watches off ebay. 2 on Nov 19, 2018, 1 on November 22, 2018 and 1 on Nov 23,2018 all from different sellers.
The first 2 I ordered were "shipped" using speedpak and the other 2 sent by international economy. The 2 watches sent through speedpak did not even leave china after approx 45 days. The other 2 watches I received around new years.
I complained to the sellers using speedpak about my items asking why they were still sitting in china according to the speedpak tracking info. One seller was quick to offer to re send the item. The other seller said this:
Dear friend. I queried that your package has reached the Canadian post Office. Here's the tracking number: ES***************C0A. Status: 2018-11-23 16:22 CN, Dongguanshi, Regional distribution center arrived. Before your local post office went on strike. Maybe your package is at the post office. You can call the local post office and ask. Thank you.
I replied:
So the package is currently in canada? How can I track it? The speedpak tracking number is not valid for canada post tracking.
Their response:
Dear friend. If you want to query. Can contact me. I will help you with your inquiry. Please rest assured that I will keep an eye on your order. Please wait patiently.
At this point I demanded a refund and they obliged.
This is the tracking info basically the same for both speedpak orders:
Regional distribution center arrived DONGGUANSHI GUANGDONGSHENG Fri Nov 23 16:22:00 GMT-07:00 2018 Consolidation facility departed ZhuHaiShi GuangDongSheng Thu Nov 22 18:55:00 GMT-07:00 2018 Consolidation facility arrived ZhuHaiShi GuangDongSheng Thu Nov 22 18:45:00 GMT-07:00 2018 Package received ZhuHaiShi GuangDongSheng Thu Nov 22 18:43:00 GMT-07:00 2018 Shipment data received ZhuHaiShi GuangDong Tue Nov 20 15:57:00 GMT-07:00 2018
If I hadn't contacted the sellers I'm sure I'd still be waiting for the unknown. Speedpak is a **bleep** joke. Avoid it at all costs.

Very possible, considering the issues that have been going on with Canada Post. The last I read it was going to take until March for Canada Post to get caught up on package delivery. You are lucky they sent the item at all. Many sellers have stopped shipping to Canada entirely.

I had a similar occurrence. Shipped in one day from China, in the US the next day, sat in warehouse for 6 weeks, never delivered. Probably was in an eBay yard sale the second week. Biggest lucrative scam ever designed by eBay.

SpeedPAK should be called SpeedSCAM.. i ordered an item from China and it took almost entire MONTH for the item to be shown as "delivered".... the biggest problem is that the item was never "delivered", it never showed up.. nobody knows where it is.. no way to know what happened to it.
Do not ever order anything from a chinese seller using SpeedSCAM

BTW, if Paypal refuses to refund your merchandise that was lost by SpeedSCAM, do not hesitate to do a chargeback on your credit card.

Same thing happened to me. The product never came. They claimed it was delivered and the post office never received a package from them. SCAM!!

er, um, ah..... I hate to disagree with you but.... Perhaps an explanation will adjust your thinking?
The "delivered" scan also contains GPS coordinates for the location where the package was scanned as delivered. So the USPS knows exactly where the package was scanned! So either those coordinates match your address or they don't! Period.
IF the coordinates match the address on the label, then you have a problem of a neighbor, housemate or thief getting your package. eBay requires buyers to have a secure location for deliveries.
However, if the GPS coordinates that show where the item was scanned as delivered, do not match the address on the label, then the seller is responsible to provide a full refund.
The crux of the matter is being charming and smooth enough to get the USPS to give you those coordinates! ![]()
So, this information is why I can't agree!
Hope this helps?
