I bought a pc case and it happens to be sent from China using speekpak
With this code ES10010892489300001010001C0D which is fine but when it landed in the uk it said I had to pay a customs fee with a reference code that was put through my mail box. But it wasn't and I haven't received any card to say this or a reference code or a royal mail tracking number and I tried calling royal mail and they said they couldn't help me as I don't have a valid tracking number. Can anyone help?

Your on the USA site. Log out and log into your ebay account and ask there. Just don't let the expected delivery date go by more than a few days before you file an item not received case.

Not sure why we are instantly discriminatory to posters when they only wandered here because the bad community link on their respective sites has never been fixed. But the answer to SpeedPAK is the same no matter the country, @shenru_0: Just write the email address CS@orangeconnex.com that's shown on the page, provide that ES code, and ask for your tracking number.
