Hi all.
I have a problem where I shipped a parcel using Parcelforce in the UK.
I added the shipping number to Ebay and marked the item as dispatched.
The buyer has received and signed for the item, verified by checking the Parcelforce web site with the number, however, Ebay has not updated and still shows the item as "✓ Shipping info received" but nothing after that.
Obviously, PayPal won't release my money until Ebay okay's it.
How do I get the Ebay tracking information updated to show it has been delivered?
