All the shipping services with some name that implies fast are just the opposite ... SpeedPak is SlowPak, LaserShip is LaterShip.
These are the lowest priority packages in the system, and they get around to them when they get around to them. Lately, the USPS is understaffed and not allocating any overtime. So, you just have to twiddle your thumbs and wait.
Of course, if you should think it is lost, then once the delivery date provided by eBay has passed, then you can file a refund claim with eBay stating that the package never arrived.
