Can someone please explain how SpeedPak works and how it differs from other shipping services?

I just ordered a $490 diagnostic tablet for car diagnosis. The seller (china) claims it was delivered, but it wasn't. Ebay (another scam) denied me a refund. I checked with my post office (small town, only one post office) and they don't have the scanner. It was shipped via speedpak, which I have read is kind of shady (Ebay approved). The latest tracking has the item delivered to my home and at the post office at the same exact time 10:46am on 11/14/22. Impossible, I say! I also understand that as soon as an item hits the US, it is assigned a USPS tracking number, or whoever acccepts shipment, which it wasn't, therefore the post office could not track it. Speedpak tracking numbers do not work for USPS. Epacket is much better for overseas orders. I have appealed Ebays denial of refund, and my next step is to contact my credit card company, which will probably be my best bet. It's Sunday so I will have to wait until tomorrow. Be wary of Ebay, they seem to be very dishonest! Looking out for the overseas vendor, not the honest buyer in the US.

Honest us buyer. Ya totally. It just so happens every not received item request is America. And what a coincidence it shows delivered to their house and after you give them that information they stop answering.
